Terrible!

Sent all the items back as they didn’t fit, only gave me a partial refund! Yet sent all items back! Quick to take money but not give it back when you return.

Trying to talk to customer service is like talking to a brick wall! Going round the houses!

Sent them screen shots of refund yet asked the same question over and over by a different agent, who clearly has not read the chat history!

Been using them for a while, after this service I’ll never use them again!

Incredibly dissatisfied with the service provided by MyProtein. Paid for an extremely large order and then it was cancelled within a day.

You should as a customer be able to purchase products at the price stages on the website. MP set their prices and now cancelled the order saying they the initial prices were incorrect

Safe to say I will not be buying anything from MP again

Used a promotional code from my favourite influencer and spent over an hour browsing the store choosing what I had wanted. They took payment only to cancel the order later stating an error on their part with the code giving too much discount???? All in all the code actually made the price reasonable, not at all too much. More like pre covid costs, the price are extortionate nowadays. I'll just continue elsewhere, too much greed.

Once again Myprotein played themselves with their own discount codes.

Usually order from myprotein every no and then guess it's time to move to another brand won't be back again.

Placed an order last night for a 2.5kg bag of whey protein (432918550) used a discount code, Received an email today stating order had been cancelled as they had made an error with the code, Very angry about this as it was not my fault the code was released in error, I certainly WON'T be ordering again and I'll be advising not only friends and family not to purchase but also my social media followers as well, Very Angry.

It’s a great product the only thing is the delivery which is no quick enough. I normally order when my one is nearly finishes and takes a few days to arrive. I always forget to order before my protein powder ending and I end up without it until they delivery it. It is not the next day or etc, the only thing I think is down side and they should improve. Other than that is a great protein power and I have been using for quite sometimes.

I placed an order yesterday with next day delivery. My order was accepted and payment taken. I received an email this morning saying there was a delay with my order but not to worry. I have just received an email saying my order has been cancelled due to a special offer error they had made. Very disappointed with how this has been handled and the communications received.

I placed an order with my protein yesterday (432910597) with one of there discount codes and got a fantastic deal only to receive an email today cancelling my order due to there website having the wrong discount code listed…I use this site a lot ,and you would think they would honour the discount code,but no …so will no long be using them..

Another order cancelled. Just had the following email,
